The best way to use Muscle Milk is as a meal replacement. If you don’t have to prepare a meal or don’t feel like cooking, have a Muscle Milk Shake instead. If you need to get in extra calories or protein, drink a shake. Their telling you to drink 3 servings a day so you will use it faster and buy more often.

Muscle Milk is not a good pre and post-workout shake since it has added fats and will take longer to digest. You’re better off using an amino acid drink or whey protein at this time.

There aren’t any known conflicts between Muscle Milk and the other supplements you mentioned either.
